Rick Mcfaddin, President & CEO
Rick started off as a bottle baby and not much has changed over the years. One of his favorite lines is, "If you're not part of the solution, you're just part of the problem." Our solution is to always make sure there's a cold one in the fridge come 5:00 pm. Outside of work, Rick enjoys...well, nobody really knows because he's always at work!

Meg Martin, Vice President
Having grown up in the hospitality industry, Meg has become the true "Spirit" of the organization and "Brand Champion" to her customers. A master of multi-tasking, she's always got her hands in-the-mix of projects from design through final production. Leaving the office every day "dog-tired", Meg enjoys going home to her three four-legged companions.

Becky Carroll, Accounting
Quite possibly the sweetest person we've ever met. Having called McFaddin home for the past five years, Becky has the uncanny ability to make just about anyone happy. When not being contagiously bubbly, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, Erin and two wonderful kids, Roger and Luke.

Eric Franklin, Shipping
Currently attending Brown-Matthew for Criminal Justice, Eric is the newest addition to the McFaddin family. Eric is still bit of a mystery, when asked for hobbies he replied simply "work". Indeed.

Joey Eberling, Account Executive
One of the newest additions here at McFaddin, Joey has already managed to make himself an integral part of the account management team. (The sneaky bastard.) When not making our clients feel like family, Joey enjoys reading, drawing funny pictures and writing about himself in the third person.

Travis Greenwell, Production & Shipping
When we got the bio slip back from Travis, it just said "Roll Tide"! Aside from being a huge Alabama fan, Travis also finds time to be the resident shipping guru here at McFaddin. When not getting your materials where they need to go, Travis enjoys softball, hunting and, according to him, bear wrestling. Hmmm.

Debbie Mcfaddin, CFO
At 4 foot 9 and 90 lbs., this little lady carries a lot of weight, managing all aspects of finance for the organization. From receivables to payables to payroll, Debbie keeps the company humming. One thing everyone here knows is that you NEVER want to cross paths with her until she's had her daily Starbucks (especially if you want a correct paycheck). Away from work, Debbie enjoys her 4 grand children and yelling at Rick.

Mitch Stilger, Creative Director
The ringleader of all things creative here at McFaddin. Mitch brings to the table a BFA in Communication Arts from the University of Louisville and over a decade of industry experience.

Mike Morris, Photographer and Designer
Michael Morris is working on his third decade in the industry. He is a designer and photographer, and, as one can tell from his portrait, he really dislikes being on the other side of the camera.

Kendra Bratcher, Graphic Designer
Holding a BFA in Communication Arts and Design from the University of Louisville, Kendra is another one of the design geniuses that calls McFaddin home. When not being crazy good on a computer, Kendra likes kayaking, creating metalwork sculpture, international travel and probably a few other things we're not awesome enough to be good at.

A subsidiary of McFaddin Marketing, Leap Innovations, headed by President Jennifer Juul, is your solution for those challenging initiatives that you just can’t get your arms around. Keith Nall, Production Specialist
The backbone of production here at McFaddin, Keith has over 35 years of professional production experience. There is, at the moment, a running bet around the office that Keith may in fact be a machine, the man is scary fast. When not being our resident printer whisperer, Keith enjoys being way too good at the guitar and building a music collection that makes Itunes look like a used record store.

Lucy, Security
sniff sniff, woof woof

Tiffani Williams, Marketing Manager
If you're looking for the definition for nice, sweet, sincere, diligent, dependable & efficient, meet Tiffani Williams. Maybe the hardest working person in the group, Tiffani somehow manages to keep her sanity while juggling a zillion projects at a time and never dropping a ball. When not at work, she’s out doing what she loves best…shopping, and cheering on her favorite football team, GO DOLPHINS!
